I’m not a fan of the rose gold color either or bronze, whatever they call it. But I decided to go for the GW3 41mm in the bronze, didn’t want black with silver, and am still hesitant. My rule is if I'm wearing the watch on a strap I want to see some visible strap curve top and bottom of the watch when on my wrist, if the strap pulls vertically down from the lugs then it's almost certainly too large. There’s no such thing as a men or women’s size watch it’s more down to preference. 41mm, although not directly compatible due to being square rather than round, is actually quite a large size for a watch and if it was to be incorrectly classified as male or female would be male. Yeah that’s a 36. I don’t think 36 is too big for your wrist, but a lot more goes into how much presence a watch has than just the case size. Personally, that dial is a little flashy. I think you might find the 41mm is a little too small looking while the 45mm is a little big. Personally I have a 7" wrist and opted for the 45mm, my previous watches were 40mm and 41mm. While they probably look normal sized, to me they look small. At walmart online the 41mm is $349, but I ended up paying about $340-345 after using my credit card (cash back) The 51mm costs about $425. None look bad.
